SMT & AI Machines: We use our own Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Auto-Insertion machines. This ensures precise circuit board assembly and reduces manual errors.
Wave Soldering: Ensures every soldering point is strong and durable.
Laser Marking: We have internal laser machines to print your custom logo and specs directly on the chargers.
2.Strict Quality Control
We don't cut corners. Every single charger goes through a rigorous testing loop:
100% Aging Test (2 Hours): At Lirui, we perform 2-hour full-load burn-in test on every unit , which filters out early failures before packing.
ATE Automated Function Testing: Machines automatically check voltage, current, and fast-charging protocols (PD/QC) to ensure the specs are real.
Hi-Pot Testing: Ensures high-voltage insulation safety.
Appearance checking and Cleaning: Every charger need to be 100% check and clean the appearance before packing.
Final QC: A final random check during production and packing to guarantee the goods are ready for retail.
